Delicious and Easy Recipes Using Cold Pressed Peanut Oil Slag

A tasty and easy snack made with peanut oil slags:


  • 1 cup peanut oil slags
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste  


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut oil slags, soy sauce, honey, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure the slags are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the slags in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the slags are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow the slags to cool for a few minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy this crunchy and flavorful snack on its own or as a topping for salads or soups.


 Spicy Peanut Noodles


  • Dried noodles (such as spaghetti or udon noodles)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 



  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, and chilli garlic sauce.
  3. Heat the peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Toss to coat the noodles evenly in the sauce.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Serve hot, topped with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
